Payette Brewing Company is excited to release a bold take to their year-round Pistolero Porter. Think of Imperial Pistolero Barrel Aged Porter as the bigger and burlier amigo of their year-round favorite. Although the usual Pistolero comes in twelve-ounce cans all year, this robust take is available in twenty-two ounce bottles for a limited time.
We joined forces with Portland based Alameda Brewing Co. in Idaho for our first ever collaboration brew and we're excited for you to try it! We're calling it: Tiny Island.
Rodeo has been our Spring Seasonal the past few years, first introduced in March of 2012 on draft, then released in cans in 2014. This Pale Ale is near and dear to our hearts, loaded with Citra hops and is a sessionable thirst quencher for any time, anywhere.
This beer is a new take on a seemingly traditional India Pale Ale. Its light body is attributed to its solid malt base. It has a floral yet piney aroma with a prevalent citrus and spicy character. It sits with a nice white head and a light yellow color. With a name like Intermountain IPA, its no wonder this beer tastes like home.
In 2014, Payette Brewing adopted Polecat Loop in the Boise Foothills Ridge to Rivers Trail System. We “Payette Forward” with our bi-annual maintenance and clean-up to preserve the trails for all the bikers, hikers and trail runners.
Earth Day, April 22, has been an annual celebration of environmental protection for the past 46 years. This Saturday, we will celebrate the 47th Earth Day.
