Payette Brewing Company is a production brewery that serves craft beer on draft through out Boise and the Treasure Valley. Open as of May 2011, Payette offered two initial styles, the Outlaw IPA and Payette Pale Ale. Within six months, the brewery more than doubled its capacity and added a third beer to its year-round line-up, Mutton Buster Brown Ale. Payette Brewing also offers seasonal and other limited releases in “The Ales of No Return” series. Keep checking back to see what Payette Brewing is up to!
