It’s hard to put into words what the last fifteen years has meant to us.

From a start-up, to navigating a booming craft beer movement, evolving the company, and even facing a global pandemic, Payette went from humble beginnings to a Boise staple. A space where our community lands after the trail, the river, and the ride. We’ve shared so much joy, but also faced challenges along the way. Made a lot of beer, but also a few mistakes.

At the end of the day, the passion remains the same. Make damn good products for damn good people, and hopefully do some good along the way.

As a small, locally owned Idaho business, we've had to make thoughtful decisions along the way to protect what we've built. Every choice we've made, from growing our brewery to evolving our production, has been rooted in one goal: making sure Payette is here for the long haul.

We've always been an Idaho company. While production spent a brief chapter outside the state, our commitment to Idaho never changed. Today, we're proud that every Payette product is once again brewed and crafted right here in Idaho.

It all started with beer. But somewhere along the way, Payette became so much more than that. It became a place to gather after work, celebrate life’s milestones, listen to live music, bring the kids, support local nonprofits, and experience everything that makes Idaho special.

Beer will always be at the heart of who we are. But today, Payette represents something even bigger than what’s in the glass.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce ourselves as Payette Provisions.

It’s a name that better reflects who we are today while creating room for where we’re headed tomorrow. More than just beer, it’s about our community, our outdoor lifestyle, and everything that brings people together.

While our name is changing, the things that matter most are not.

You’ll begin seeing the Payette Provisions brand roll out gradually over the coming months. From new logos and merchandise to updated packaging and Tap Room touches, the transition will happen over time. And we are so excited to share all of it with you!

Idaho’s Campfire.

Somewhere along the way, Payette became more than a brewery.

It became a place where neighbors became friends. Where families gathered on Saturday afternoons. Where events filled the beer garden, fundraisers brought our community together, and visitors got a taste of what makes Boise special.

We like to think of it as Idaho’s campfire. A place where everyone is welcome and every seat has room for one more.

Our new identity brings all of those experiences together under one cohesive brand while honoring the Payette you've known for over fifteen years.

This new look wasn’t created simply for the sake of change. There had to be intention and respect, so we set out to find ways to pay homage to our past and make room for our future.

A new logo, colors, and brand elements crafted with care and attention to details both big and small. We evolved the iconic Payette Badge, and brought in natural motifs, hand-drawn illustrations, and visuals that feel like a nostalgic, summer-camp vibe.

We couldn’t have imagined the ways that not only Payette would grow, but how we would grow along with it.
