Every year we brew one of our favorite beers, a big and dark stout known as Twelve Gauge. This beer ages in bourbon barrels for a 6-12 month slumber where it acquires flavors of vanilla, oak and hints of whiskey to complement the chocolate and toffee notes. Intoxicating liquid unlike any other Payette brew.
