Every year we brew one of our favorite beers, a big and dark stout known as Twelve Gauge. Most of the brew gets put in to kegs, but a portion ages in bourbon barrels for a twelve month slumber where it acquires flavors of vanilla, oak and hints of whiskey to complement the chocolate and toffee notes. We carefully bottle, wax dip and stamp each bottle and release it at our annual Black Friday event, a festival of imperial stouts and porters at our brewery.
