STAFF FEATURE // Meet the woman behind the beer, Nina Schoofs! Nina works five days a week and sometimes more brewing the delicious beer our Payette fans love to enjoy! Originally from a home brewing household in Minnesota, Nina has always had a passion for beer pioneering. Once she realized her passion could become her profession she weaseled her way into the beer industry and thankfully made her way to us, here at Payette. Nina is an amazing lady with many talents as well as other hobbies and passions outside of Payette Brewing.

Whether it be the people we hire to the local charities and organizations we choose to support, adventure is never far away.

Throughout Boise there are several monuments that commemorate The Oregon Trail and one of those is Slaughterhouse Gulch.
