Hoop & Stave No. 2 is Belgian Style Quad Ale aged over one year in Brandy Barrels. With a slightly sweet alcohol aroma, and strong liquor, fig, dark cherry and oak flavors, this brew pairs well with strong cheeses like Camembert, and it’s best served at room temperature to allow the flavors to come alive.
